Terms and Conditions 1. Class Schedule: Classes are held on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. 2. Course Fee: The monthly fee is $60.00, payable on the first weekend of each month. 3. Adherence to Rules: All school rules must be followed at all times. 4. Consent and Waiver: By signing, I consent for my child (the "Applicant") to participate in activities at DHIC Masjid. I release DHIC Masjid, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims related to personal injury, death, or property damage arising from participation in these activities, except where prohibited by law. 5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify DHIC Masjid and its representatives against any losses or expenses related to the Applicant's participation. 6. Legally Binding Agreement: I have read and fully understand this agreement, which serves as a release of liability. I sign it willingly, and any unenforceable provisions will not affect the rest of the agreement.
